Our primary method of shipment is UPS. You may choose the option that best suits your needs. If you provide an e-mail address, you will be forwarded a tracking number.
If you wish to have your package shipped to an international address, please contact us to arrange for the best option. Any duty or VAT due is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note, to protect your merchandise, Adventure Scuba shipments require a signature to confirm receipt. Please ensure the shipping address you provide has someone available to sign for the package.
All shipments are FOB Conshohocken, PA. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to you. Any claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be addressed with the carrier. Please inspect the package for obvious damage before signing for it.
Return Policy-
The Gang at Adventure Scuba wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, we will refund you the purchase price, less the cost of shipping, in the same manner as payment was received. The refund policy does not extend to clearance or closeout items.
This policy extends for 30 days after your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned with all manufacturer manuals and documentation, a copy of the invoice, and in a salable condition. Contact Adventure Scuba for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and required information before returning the merchandise. Buyer is responsible for costs of shipping to return the merchandise. Your refund will be processed after the merchandise is received in good condition. Buyer is responsible for the merchandise until it is received in good condition, so you may want to consider insurance.
Please notify us if the item(s) you have received are defective or not what was ordered. Adventure Scuba will arrange to replace the merchandise and refund to you the costs associated with returning the merchandise.
